 This product did help fix a couple of problems I was having due to a virus, however it did not completely remove the virus from my computer and the full functionality of my machine was not restored.

 Removal tool found nothing.Trojan was still there as it was redirecting searches for trojans to a differnt site to the one found by Google.Reinstalled operating system was the only way I found to get rid of it.
unsuccessful Hi,i downloaded your trojan removal tool yesterday.When i ran the program it failed to remove the trojan virus on my computer.When i first turn on my computer,a threat warning box pops up saying there is a TROJAN HORSE SMALL.AOQ detected on open.I have ran the trojan removal tool twice and both times the scan said no threats detected.The trojan is located on windows\system32\drivers\mchjdrv.sys.I currently have AVG ANTI VIRUS-free version,and it has not removed the threat.I will continue to try and remove the trojan with your removal ...
Not sure. Dear sir, I would like to thank you for having something out there for free that was free without the hasslle of all the filling out forms, by the time I had started the scan my anti virus captured it so your program did not find any thing, so I can not really say, but again thank you.

Opinion Hi...thanks for the utility...but apparently I need a utility to clean out a different Trojan. Do u have one which scans the whole computer for all the trojans?
